Steam Deck Oled: My Right Trackpad Randomly loses Touch function

I was ordered to create a discussion from my open ticket : HT-4VN2-8PVK-FV3B
Here's the issue on my Right Trackpad Randomly loses Touch function:

The problem im having is suddenly it randomly will stop working - zero on both Right Trackpad and Right Trackpad Click Pressure Issue. - ON VERY RANDOM CIRCUMSTANCES - USUALLY I WILL NOTICE IT WHEN I NEED TO TYPE SOMETHING or on GAMES THAT I CAN USE THE RIGHT TRACKPAD (such as dota underlords or marvel rivals.)

Steps done from Trouble ticket (was offered a few times to RMA but the hardware is FINE - it works when it does and randomly stops working suddenly, see last youtube video)
- Updated and used both Stable and Beta Steam OS
- Did a battery storage mode for a few hours and re-opened
- Reimaged Deck (via my stock 512gb) - did not work
- Reinstalled Steam OS via Recovery drive - currently working best now but still has the issue.

See video of both trackpads working via typing, then suddenly in the middle of the video, cursor for right trackpad disappeared thus not working - had to shutdown > hold volume up then power and trackpad is working again.
