Steam Deck movie delay
TL;DR
On Handheld mode with no headphones, any playable movie, whether it be a start up movie a trailer on a steam store page or a youtube video in desktop mode, sound plays normally, but visuals are delays for about 11 seconds

This is the story of how I discovered this issue;
So I noticed that the winter sale started and wanted to download the themed character icons, backgrounds and stuff since I like the art style. Along with the winter items I noticed a new steam Deck start up movie and got really excited to add it since it looked really cute. So I applied it, and when I shut off my Steam deck to test it out, I noticed the sound played just fine but the visuals froze at the first frame, only after 11 seconds passed the movie would play in full just without sound. Shut off my steam deck a few more times and even did a firmware and BIOS reset but it still was delayed. I then checked my other start up movies to find they all had the same problem. After thinking about it I also ended up going to a random store page within the steam deck, and the trailer they had playing also had the same issue. Just for the sake of exploring every avenue, I plugged my steam deck into my TV, went to desktop mode, and came back into Gaming mode and the start up movie played normally along with the steam store page trailer, but the second I unplugged it from my TV the delays happened all over again. From my own experimenting at this point, I now knew this wasn't just a start up movie issue like I initially thought, its a wide spread system issue that effects any movie file type or format, but only in handheld mode. Plugging into a TV has everything working just fine. There wasn't any big delays with any games I tested it with but there was a consistent sound stutter, though when I plugged in headphones the sound issues went away, in fact, I plugged in my headphones when turning on my console again and I had no delays at all anymore everything played just fine.

So after all this, i'm stumped, it seems like its just a handheld issue when headphones aren't plugged in, and docked mode has no issues at all. You'd think this kind of issue would happen with bluetooth or something like that. Either way, I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or has some kind of permeant fix? At the very least i hope Steam sees this and rolls out a fix in the next firmware update.

Thank you for reading :)
