Desktop Mode: Steam Keyboard sometimes hidden due to misconfigured default window rules.

By default in Desktop Mode, the window rules for the Steam Input On-Screen Keyboard search for an incorrect substring match. This prevents the keyboard from always appearing above everything else as intended (but you can still type on it using the built-in controller and track-pads). For example, the keyboard hides under an app that's in full-screen mode, such as a web browser or a game - I've experienced this problem with Firefox (Flatpak) and Digital Paint: Paintball 2 (Windows version via Proton).

The Window Title property is set to a substring match for "Steam Keyboard", but the keyboard is actually named "Steam Input On-screen Keyboard". The problem was identified by using the "Detect Window Properties" button and selecting the Steam Keyboard:

How to fix the bug:
1) Open System Settings
2) go to Workspace > Window Management > Window Rules
3) the "Edit" (Pencil) button next to "Window settings for Steam Keyboard"
4) Type "Steam Input On-screen Keyboard" into the Substring Match textbox for Window Title property

This was extremely helpful, I never would have found this solution if I kept trying to search for one from within Steam Discussions.

Some Valve threadlocker will probably close the thread just to be extra unhelpful to anyone else trying to correct these glaring misconfigurations anyways - have some points.
