On Screen Keyboard flickers in Desktop Mode

I am trying to edit settings for CEMU while in Desktop mode, but every time I open the Settings window, I think the window auto focuses on a text input or something because the OS keeps opening and closing the on screen keyboard(OSK) until I manange to click outside of said input and then it stops doing that.

But the problem is that the OSK is not completely closed because clicks no longer register in the region where the keyboard was opened. Even if I manually open and close the OSK, the region still won't allow any clicks to pass through.

I tried starting CEMU through Proton 7.0-2, Proton Experimental and GE-Proton7-17 and the result is the same.

To fix the problem I have to close and restart Steam.

I am on stable channel version 3.1, build 20220425.2
I do not have any keyboard or mouse plugged in as I don't have a dock yet.

I am having the exact same problem with Cemu 1.26 and SteamOS 3.4
