Emulators in 3.6.19 crashing

I own a Steam Deck OLED, I update to 3.6.19 and now my emulators are crashing if I open a windows (like settings, amiibo windows or whatever windows inside the emulator) while in gaming mode.

let me elaborate a little bit more:
before I was in gaming mode playing any game, If I play a non steam game from a emulator, steam deck load the game like normal, and if I need to configure something inside the emulator I just click the "settings" and a windows pop up on top of the game, I do my stuff and continue playing.

Now in 3.6.19: I tried to the same thing but the whole steam deck crashes. I tried proton experimental and for example I click the setting of the emulator the Steam deck put that windows like the only one with a small resolution (the setting windows resolution) like is the game big picture, but other smaller windows makes the steam crash

if I load the game/emulator in desktop mode everything works as intended.

maybe a fix ? or a rollback firmware ? any help will be appreciated!
