Boot Animations not playing completely

Steam Deck LCD Lastest Stable OS
When Booting, (i use points shop animations no custom ones) the Steam Deck Blue logo shows alone on screen, i start to hear the audio of my intro animation and then after a couple seconds, it changes from the deck logo to my animation but only the second half of it. It never plays the boot animation from the begining, the first few seconds of it are not shown and the logo remains on screen in its stead

is yours an lcd model? did you use cryoutilities?

sorry didnt see this.
I have the Oled 512gb and i dont have cryo utilities.
honestly i have no clue what to do. this thing has been giving me so much trouble with this, games having audio popping and headphone jack buzz that i just dont know anymore.

I dont think i have those problems. Just the slow video

Nope, it still happens but only on my lcd, my oled is free from this. Can you try putting this on the steamos github page? I lost my git credentials but valve's people usually fixed my previous issues when i posted there

hello, Any progress? I have this problem after the update in 2024.09. Have not fix yet. did you install decky on your deck?

Nope. But i did notice the defgault animation does work correctly

I've had this issue since day 1, when I got my lcd steam deck 2 years ago. None of the "fancy" startup animations played fully or without skips. I just chose a simple one and forgot about it.

Have the same issue. I reinstalled SteamOS twice and it worked until I went to desktop mode once
