searchbar showing hidden games

when in game mode on steamdeck, when you go to top left section to open search bar and click it, all items will show.

these items include hidden games, music,demos and causes a lot of clutter

shouldn't it work simliar to pc version? where hidden games and other items be set to not show?

interesting, you can always access hidden directly via steam button then setting, scroll down to 'home' and should be a mange hidden items.

in my case everything is hidden as expected, unless you use the top left search button then everything shows which is unexpected

i did open a ticket on this but was infomed to open a disscussion to see interest in fix so the
more that see this as a problem may get focus?

It is also happening for me I have the games marked as hidden and private and the don't show up in the library normally but when I go to the search bar before even typing anything in it the all show up.

Not really an issue. It's a convenient way to rediscover hidden titles without having to jump through hoops.

I claimed huniepop and now it shows up when I search O_O
