Bluetooth problem with Playstation controller (Ps5/Ps4)

I have a Ps5 controller and since 2 updates that changed the Bluetooth part, the controller does not connect, the only way to use it is with a cable.
I press ''forget device'' but it does nothing, pressing connect or pressing the buttons on the remote control to connect doesn't work either, I don't know what else to do and it is impossible to connect it via Bluetooth

Tengo un mando de PS5 y desde hace 2 actualizaciones que cambiaron la parte de Bluetooth el mando no se conecta, la unica manera de poder usarlo es con un cable.
Le pulso a ''olvidar dispositivo'' pero no hace nada, pulsar conectar o pulsar los botones del mando para conectar tampoco sirve, ya no se que mas hacer y es imposible conectarlo a traves de Bluetooth

You may want to go into Desktop mode and make sure that Bluetooth is switched on. For some reason bluetooth will turn itself off and cannot be turned back on in Game Mode, even though the switch is there and in the "on" position.

Others have had the opposite problem where they'll turn bluetooth off, but it will still auto connect to their previously paired devices.
