Steam deck won't turn on or charge.

I've already reset the bios and everything so it's not that. I also tried multiple chargers and outlets.

I sent it in for repair through steams warranty service and the issue reappeared a couple of months later beforehand it did have issues turning on sometimes and was also having issues crashing on a game I reset the bios and that seemed to fix that.

A couple of days ago the previous issue of the steam deck not charging/turning on returned when I tried to charge it while it was at 4 percent I layed it down so it could charge and it just turned off and wouldn't charge or turn on anymore.

I did use a 3rd party charger made for steam deck but I don't think it has anything to do with it as there's no reviews stating anything like that.
