Steam Deck not able to use Sleep mode after recemt update

Steam Deck Oled not letting me put it into sleep mode when, game is running. Screen goes black for a second and a second later turns back on since the latest update...

I got it other way around, my Deck won't wake up after sleep - fans spinning, haptics working and that's it. I tried every soultion out there and can't get it to work consistently. From what I can tell it's also not booting right every now and then, I have to hard reset it.

Damn... that's way worse. I just have to make sure the game is saved and close out the game and than putting to sleep works. This only happens on the beta channel, which I use for Family Share. I went back to Stable and issue goes away but no Fam Share.

I have been having a similar issue but in desktop mode and specifically if my bluetooth is off. If I'm in desktop mode and bluetooth is on, I can set it to sleep no problem but if bluetooth is off, my desktop mode will only turn off for 2 seconds before I hear the wake sound and the screen turns back on
