Streaming From PC Randomly Freezing

I've been playing modded FO4 and Skyrim with Mod Organizer 2, and streaming it from my PC to my Steam Deck. It ran fine for a couple days, but now the video stream is randomly freezing a few minutes into the game, rendering it unplayable. The game continues to run fine on my PC, audio is still coming through my deck, and my PC still gets commands from my deck - it's just the video stream from my PC to my deck that appears to be frozen.

So far, the only "fix" has been to force close the game and start over. Anyone run into this problem recently? Also, I wonder if it was a bad Deck update. Does anyone know how to do a rollback?

P.S.- Streaming to my iPad with the Steam Link app works just fine, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with my PC or network.

Bit of a necropost, but i have the same issue with different games, and the steam link app works fine on my android phone.

Fixed it, disabling hardware encoding did it for me.
