Having trouble logging into wifi

The Steam Deck is able to connect to an access point that requires logging in through the web browser. However, when closing out the web browser the Steam Deck will often freeze for up to a minute, sometimes restarting itself. It still connects to the wifi and works afterwards. I'd also like to note that an access point I find this happening with has store.steampowered.com blocked, meaning the freeze could potentially be caused by some parts of Steam not being accessible.

I can't even get to a login page on mine anymore, it used to work, now it's just a blank window with a "data:text/html" etc. text line at the top.

I've had this happen to me this week. My work around was to launch desktop mode and login the network that way for the time being. Hope this helps.

Yep, that's what I ended up having to do. Annoying, but it works and thankfully I don't have to do the login very frequently.

Also had this very same thing happen to me, thanks for the workaround, but I hope the standard login process can be fixed.
