KDE Desktop or Plasmashell not responding after game crash

Hi,
I have a bug to report, I don't know if some of you are experiencing this one whilst playing on the desktop mode but sometimes the game I'm playing randomly crash and I end up having the Plasmashell interface not responding, I found a solution online which is to start Krunner and write something like this:

kquitapp5 plasmashell && plasmashell

It resets the interface which I believe is quite similar to restarting explorer.exe on Windows but I digress, is it a well known bug? I may add that occasionally after the game crashes the screen stays black and artifacts appear and I can't come back to the desktop and I have to restart the Deck manually but it's not as frequent as the interface not responding.
