PULSE Explore Bluetooth not connecting properly
After a few tries during 3-4 hours, I was unsuccessful trying to connect the Sony PULSE Explore earbuds using the bluetooth.

I know it works perfectly pairing it with the USB adapter that comes with the device, but since I play on Steam Deck in portable mode most of the time, I cannot understand why the bluetooth pairing isn't working as expected.

The earbuds work on other devices (mobile Android, and PC Windows) without issues, and they pair as expected. However, this doesn't happen on Steam Deck (neither on Play Mode nor Desktop Mode), and they keep disconnecting or not connecting at all.

I would like to have this addressed as soon as possible so the portable mode with wireless audio is fully functional. Thanks in advance.

Did you ever resolve this? I managed to connect them once but then they fail to reconnect. Very frustrating!

You need to connect them through the PULSE Explore case with bluetooth, without using the earplugs for that matter and withou removing them from the case. Once it is connected through the case, it should work.

However, the bluetooth connection is VERY unstable, and sometimes, they disconnect for a moment, and end up with a huge audio/image desync.

So I ended up buying a USB-C adapter to connect them through their wireless USB device, which won't disconnect or have those bluetooth issues.
