Stable 3.5.7 Launch LCD, Double Inputs on Dolphin Emulator
This is a shot in the dark because even though this is a bug with an application not made by Valve there could be a chance an update on Valves end messed up this application so here's what's going on.

Launch Steam Deck LCD models are having an issue when using Dolphin Emulator with its controls, I am setting this emulator up on a Launch LCD 512GB model and when using Default Joystick and Joystick Trackpad layout when you launch the application in either Desktop Mode or Game Mode and wait 5 seconds the Apps selected layout and Steam Decks Keyboard and Mouse Desktop controls will activate creating double inputs, this makes controlling and setting up Emulator inputs impossible and even when closing the application it affects the Steam Deck Game Mode UI controls.

Here is a github report for the Dolphin Emulator team, they have been aware of this for a month but still have no found a fix for it, rolling back to a previous Dolphin version fixes it but if you install the app through Discover on Desktop Mode then you cannot rollback.

Like I said this may have nothing to do with Valve so there's nothing they can help with but maybe there is a slight chance a recent Client update changed inputs in a way that messed up this app. Steam Deck OLED and refreshed LCD models are not affected by this, it is only for Launch Steam Deck LCDs and that's why Dolphin Emulator developers are troubled by this and cannot find a solution so easily.

Here is their github report: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/13412

P.S. Problem still happens on Preview 3.5.12

Bumping this as Dolphin developers are currently asking their users to send a line given to them by searching for the controllers device ID via the Konsole. They think that this is a bug caused by Valve that affect launch 2022 LCD Steam Decks. Again here's their github issue thread to see the discussion: https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/13412

Tried to contact Steam support about this and although I knew they personally couldn’t handle it, it was a shame that they wouldn’t even send the message along to a developer. This issue is affecting launch LCDs and although this is just third party software I think software compatibility should be maintained so certain users aren’t left behind, I’m in a situation where my OLED works fine with this software but the LCD I gave to a friend can’t use the software.
