Joysticks stopped working in Cyberpunk 2.1 remote play

Cyberpunk recently updated to 2.1 and joystick movement stopped working in remote play. It worked before the update and the joysticks work fine in other games. They also work fine if I plug it in directly into my PC. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or something similar?

The controller is an 8BitDo Ultimate controller connected through USB with the Steam Deck for remote play.
