Onscreen keyboard move button not working

The move button in the onscreen keyboard is closing the keyboard instead of moving it, for me. It happens both in game mode and desktop mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Click STEAM+X to open onscreen keyboard
2- Click the move button
Instead of the keyboard moving between the top and bottom half of the screen, the keyboard closes instead. This is happening both in desktop and game mode, in all the game/apps I tested.

Same issue for me.
Also previously the virtual keyboard had taken account the mouse cursor's current position, and opened itself on the top half of the screen if the cursor was at the bottom. This also no longer works.

U can also press the "hamburg-button" (between right joystick and the x and y button)
