Google Chrome open in external monitor at 720p res
I don't know if i need call this a bug, but when i start Chrome on external 1080p monitor, the app still launch in 720p mode, because of launch options in game mode for Chrome.
Maybe we do not need launch options anyway?

If you update to either the Beta or Preview update channels you should be able to adjust the resolution for the non-Steam game shortcut.

In Game Mode:
Navigate to the Chrome app > Settings Cog > Properties > Shortcut > Resolution > Native

In order to apply the correct display's resolution, you'll need to relaunch the app while the necessary display is assigned as primary.

Unfortunately, this didn't seem to work for me. :( In desktop mode, TV is set to 1080p and primary.

EDIT:
While Steam is in Small or Large mode, the resolution option is not exposed, so obviously Chrome just launches in the desktop resolution (1080p), and I can maximize the window. If you switch to Big Picture mode, then you will see the resolution option again. Here I can set it to 1080p and it does obey.

However in Game mode, while Steam's own Display setting is set to 1080p, no matter what the Chrome app resolution setting is, Google Chrome always launches in 720p for me.

Sure, as a workaround one could scale the display size in Chrome, but that's not quite a fix.
