adaptive brightness permanently disabled

The adaptive brightness toggle in display settings is grayed out(i cannot click on it or interact with it in any way) and it has been like that since out of the box, Im currently running the latest steam OS beta and i have the 512GB steam deck.

Yes, that's on purpose due to a catastrophic performance bug if it's enabled. It's force disabled until Valve fixes it.
