Energy saving settings under Power Management tab in system settings will not stick.

So I'm having an issue where the steam deck goes into sleep mode every 5 minutes. I been trying to copy files through SFTP onto my Steam Deck from PC but my downloads keep failing because the steam deck keeps falling asleep.

The exact issue I am having is, when I go into power management, then energy savings none of the settings stick (On AC Power, On Battery and Low Battery) after I click apply. They revert back to default.

I keep trying to untick dim screen and suspend session check boxes in desktop mode but no dice. I'm on the latest steam client build. Has anyone had a similar problem? Any solutions or suggestions?

Same, not all the options by the way, only some:
Suspend session on battery and low battery and screen brightness on low battery.
I notices also inconsistencies on timings for dim and turn off display because sometimes It simply doesn't work.
Same for turn off display on Power button, when i try It goes off and turn on immediately

Same issue here. For me, the settings that don’t stick seem to be the same ones as those that are reset when you click the set to default button (forget exact wording). Hope there is a fix at some point.

just disable power management in the battery tab. this isn't windows lol, you don't need to screw up standby settings for a temporary file transfer...
