Unlocked achievements displayed as locked

There's something wrong with the achievements on the Deck. When I play a new game and unlock a few achievements, they show as unlocked on the "my stuff" tab. But when I go to the achievement list, all achievements are shown as locked.

This occured to me in several games, last one was Wingspan.

Another thing: game time tracking doesn't seem to work when the Deck is in offline mode. Is this a bug or by design?

Last one: when I buy a new game, the Deck asks me if I want to install it on the internal storage or on the SD card, which is great. But I don't get this question when installing a game that's already in my library. Can you guys add this as well?

It's real sad to me that the achievements are still broken like this. Have Valve ever cared about their achievement system?

Almost two months later, all this issues persist.

The achievement thing can be workaround by reset the Steam client.
While game tracking still doesn't work in offline mode, achievements now seems to register the time they were unlocked, which is kind of a big advance after... so many years of not doing so.

Hope they fix this before the year ends... or at least, before 2024.
