SteamDeck resets my profile's nickname to the last value it remembers

Hey,

I noticed my SteamDeck seems to reset my profile's nickname value every time it is powered on (be it from standby mode or from a complete poweroff-state). This is noticeable when I change my profile's nickname from the Desktop Steam Client's "Change Nickname" Menu Item, found within the"Friends" Menu.

Steps to reproduce:

• Profile name is set to 'foobar', both the SteamDeck and Steam Desktop indicate this
  
• Put SteamDeck to sleep
  
• Change Nickname in the Steam Desktop Client to 'abcdefg'
  
• Power on SteamDeck and wait for it to connect to my Wifi
  
• Both the SteamDeck and the Steam Desktop Client now show 'foobar' (the previous value) again for my profile's nickname

On the Desktop this happens without needing to restart the Steam Desktop Client.
This is an unexpected behaviour for me as it seems that the only reliable way to change my profile's nickname is to do it on the Steam Deck itself, i.e. through its browser based profile view.
