Controller Broken On Steam Deck After Update???....

Aperture Desk Job controller layout broken says #title also Portal controls not working on stable just updated 1hr ago not sure if that caused it please investigate others are reporting same thing. Also crashing from these games as well at main menu when trying to change controls.

Steam deck not working correctly when choosing controller layout.

Anyone got a fix?

It's actually on other games as well (HL2 on my end), I have the same version too.
Seems to be related to this update.

That's very good to know that you're onto the problem and I don't mean to sound pushy, ungrateful or anything of the sort but what time frame does "morning" indicate? We don't all live in the same timezones and it was morning here when you posted that.

I'm also not directing this at anyone in particular but it's kinda disappointing and frustrating that a (supposedly) stable update renders my Deck practically unusable just like that. I've only had mine for 3 days and Today there was finally sufficient time and opportunity for me to use it, were it not for the fact that I carelessly and trustingly accepted a system update which advertised some cool new features and BAM! There goes my playtime. It's not a life-or-death matter by any means, but still...

Thank you for fixing the layout problem but aperture desk job still refuses to start I think ill just give up on it appreciate everything ya do but this game or deck demo is a no go on the steam deck at least for me you would think out of all the games this one at least work properly lol anyways have a nice weekend.

I'm having this problem now. Couldn't get No Man's Sky to recognize that I wasn't using a mouse and keyboard, switching the profiles did nothing. Then I went to desktop mode and under No Man's Sky preferences changed the controller preference to allow steam inputs. Going back to game mode I was able to use the recommended controller layouts for NMS but the valve default profiles all said "title" and were blank. This was also the case for Aperture Desk Job.

Same issue with no inputs working on Deck. I can see layouts but switching did not help.

EDIT: Controls are back after last update.
