No update on GLS tracking system for almost 3 weeks
Hi,
so the Steam Deck was supposedly shipped the 5th of July through GLS Netherlands.

Since then, it has been frozen in "Preadvice" status.

The worst thing, and the one i´m most afraid of, is that one of my friends ordered it a week later than me and it arrived last week (same city), so i´m afraid mine got lost or stolen or something.

I´ve already open a ticket with Steam Support. They´ve said that they´re investigating the issue and will update the ticket when they have any news. This was on Sunday, no update on the ticket since then either.

Has anyone gone trough a similar issue?
