Steam Deck

Congrats on the steam deck 2
It’s really about time y’all got a better handheld that can actually play modern games. I’m happy for y’all

The first Go had a battery run time of 1-2 hours. Rule of thumb: if a device yields battery anxiety during normal commute (1h total there and back), it can buzz off. I mean, specs are great if you're insecure and want to compensate. But if it's about actually using a mobile device (instead of going "look at my e-peen"), run time is important.

... and if the battery run time doesn't matter, then there's no need to waste money on a battery in the first place.

Imagine coming to the Steam Deck forum to advertise for a competitor because you have to have 1080p and 60+ FPS on all games. Couldn't be me. The Deck still runs virtually everything except the utmost newest titles, and it does so well. It also has vastly superior software (which is why I hope the new Legion Go SteamOS version gets the most purchases).

Let's not turn this into another pathetic PS-vs-Xbox console war. It's childish and stupid.
no dual haptic pads, pass

It would appear you don't like the Steam Deck. Okay. Noted. Why bother posting clickbait suggesting there is a Steam Deck 2? Is this supposed to be funny? Informative? Just curious if there was a point to me wasting 30 seconds of my day on this.

I can no longer accept a hand-held PC without dual trackpads thanks to the steam deck I'm currently holding in my hands. I'll probably buy a white steam deck if steam deck 2 somehow comes out without trackpads.
