Steam Rom Manager, revert changes or copy config from Steamdeck back to Rom Manager?

This is my first post on Steam Deck and I hope I am not asking duplicate questions (I did a search but couldn't find much).

I am one of the earlier adopter of emudeck and I never really did a major update until recently. I did a major(?) update on steam Rom Manager configuration and it looks like it wiped all of my existing info. Since I never save the the config to steamdeck, my current steam deck still have my previous config... but I am stuck as I either redo everything from scratch or never update / add using Rom Manager.

My question is two fold really... 1) I am pretty sure its. lost cause but is there a way to revert back to the old config (likely no)

2) Since my steam deck still has all my existing/previous config, is there a way to reverse engineer (or copy) the config back?

Anything you fine folks can help will be great

I should add... I can redo the general games easily, but I have a lot of custom arts, that will be a bit of a problem :(
