Create a layer for Default Action Set.
Enable turbo in layer.
Add sub command to left trigger in default layer.
Set it to hold action set layer and point to turbo layer.

There are multiple ways to do it. You do the layer, or you can do it as a mode shift. If you click on the trigger, you'll see the option to create a mode shift. Click on the newly created mode shift and set the mode shift button to left trigger. Turn on turbo on right trigger.

Another possibility is a button chord.

Was trying to figure that out, but couldn't find it in the menus

Go to triggers. Right trigger behavior. Click on the drop down menu for trigger. You'll see an option to create a mode shift.

Right trigger (mode shift): Click on gear icon to the right and set Mode Shift Button to left trigger full pull or soft pull.

For the commands on right trigger, set to left mouse click. Then click gear icon and enable turbo.

Ok, thank you. It seem that did it. I did have another question though if you have an answer. Can i make it toggle-able, like have a back button enable and disable it?
