Can you please give me some more information about why you suggest this one?

What you want is any UHS-I card. You can use UHS-II and UHS-III cards, but you'll be limited to UHS-I speeds. For UHS-I cards, the typical suggestion is to get a U3 version for better load times.

Whatever card you pick, the important thing is to make sure the card you buy is real. In some cases, fake cards are more numerous on stores than real ones. It's a good idea to stick to well-known and reputable brands purchased only from official storefronts, and even then make absolutely sure it's legit. If you're hunting for a deal, there is such a thing as a deal that's too good to be true. For a while there we had an absolute flood of people complaining about SD card issues after the "1 TB" SD card they bought for $5 on Wish didn't work.

It's what I've been using since I got my Steam Deck mid last year.

I can also vouch for the SanDisk Extreme cards. I read great reviews about them, so bought two for my own Deck, and have not really noticed any less performance on them when compared to Steam Deck's own internal NVMe SSD drives.
The 1 TB ones can be quite pricey at full price, but have been on offer recently on the likes of Amazon, so they're indeed a fantastic option.

i started with a Sandisk A1 ultra card and it was painfully slow to install games and would often get less than 15mb sec during downloads. installing a 50gb game like this would take hours. updating games also became a chore as it was slow to patch in the files.

i then bought the Sandisk extreme which ended up being 4-5x faster and would download games at 60-70mb sec the entire download. patching the games only took seconds.

as far as playing games they were both about the same so you pretty much have to decide if your patience is worth the few dollars extra for the faster card.

You gain a whole 0.8 seconds faster load time on a 14 deg load game. It has practically no 4k random iops benefit over a much cheaper SanDisk ultra. Nor does the deck supports uhs3 speeds. It caps out at 100MB'w while extreme is more for 4k-8k recordings that writes raw videos at ludicrous biteates.

Who mentioned anything about a UHS-III card? I think you are confusing UHS buss with UHS speed class. U3 is just that it can sustain a minimum of 30MB/s write speed.
