My Dock is with them now.
It’s at my local Depot, no idea when they’ll actually deliver it though.
Contact steam support for your Deck, they’ll sort it,
Good Luck.. 🤞
I’ve contacted steam support and they themselves have also said it’s been stolen and should hopefully be sending me a new one soon, fingers crossed this one doesn’t get stolen too!
The tracking numbers that GLS gave me were parcelforce codes but when I called parcelforce for answers they said they weren’t being used for my shipment and that it was EVRi (formally Hermes) here in the UK dealing with it. God help us in the first place with EVRi lmao. My parcel never even made it out of the Netherlands before it was stolen 😪
Then I contacted Valve and they said it was stolen and sent me another Deck which eventually arrived within a week.
Glad to hear you got yours in the end! Honestly this whole experience has been so disheartening. You would’ve thought they’d have more discreet packaging and better handlers put in place. This situation has become a worryingly frequent occurrence now.
In my case actually the SD has been stolen at the depot itself, so not the driver in this case. You can't trust this company period.
