GLS stole my Deck (UK)
Just found out my steam deck was stolen in the Netherlands by GLS. No update on tracking apart from ‘in transit’ for 13 days. GLS not bothering to help or give any information on the matter. This is getting out of hand now. And on top of that EVRi handling it in the UK? God help us all.

Thought they’d gone back to parcelfarce,
My Dock is with them now.
It’s at my local Depot, no idea when they’ll actually deliver it though.
Contact steam support for your Deck, they’ll sort it,
Good Luck.. 🤞

Parcel force comes after GLS, Valve ships all Decks through GLS before it arrives to destination country and if GLS don't exists there then it is changed to another company that ships for GLS. So in this case OP has lost their steam deck in Netherlands where GLS ships it and not parcel force.

I’ve contacted steam support and they themselves have also said it’s been stolen and should hopefully be sending me a new one soon, fingers crossed this one doesn’t get stolen too!

The tracking numbers that GLS gave me were parcelforce codes but when I called parcelforce for answers they said they weren’t being used for my shipment and that it was EVRi (formally Hermes) here in the UK dealing with it. God help us in the first place with EVRi lmao. My parcel never even made it out of the Netherlands before it was stolen 😪

I was the same as you. I waited 2 weeks while my Deck had dispatched from the Netherlands.

Then I contacted Valve and they said it was stolen and sent me another Deck which eventually arrived within a week.

Glad to hear you got yours in the end! Honestly this whole experience has been so disheartening. You would’ve thought they’d have more discreet packaging and better handlers put in place. This situation has become a worryingly frequent occurrence now.

I've had 3 decks delivered by Evri with no problems, 1st one took 7 day's from order and the other 2 took 5 days, its not Evri that's the problem it's the self employed drivers, my driver is really good and never had a problem in years

Mine has been stolen by EVRI, so now waiting on the replacement to be sent by Steam.

In my case actually the SD has been stolen at the depot itself, so not the driver in this case. You can't trust this company period.
