How is it burnt?
Send it back on warranty RMA.

It may be caused by the generator failure, so I can't use the warranty. I have disassembled it myself to try to repair it, but found that the motherboard needs to be replaced.

Because they haven't even received any yet. I did say there are "no" MBs on the site.

If you have the knowhow to take it apart, can you troubleshoot it and figure out what specifically went toast. It's definitely not an easy task but it could just be a faulty regulator or something easily replaceable and you could save a few hundred doing so. If you lack the knowhow I'd recommend you find a repair shop that has the willingness to take a crack at it.
