Steam Deck issues with touch screen and Steam Deck controllers using Windows 10
Hey there!

I installed Windows 10 on my Steam Deck to also play games on it outside of Steam.
Windows 10 is running so far and I also can play games properly out of my Steam library.
But my touch screen doesn't work at all. I saw videos on youtube where people also used the touch screen for navigation in Windows. I have installed all Windows drivers which Steam is supporting, but as I said, my touch screen doesn't react at all to anything.
According to youtube videos I have watched Windows should have a tablet mode which can be turned on/off for touch screen support. But I don't have this option in my settings.
Maybe I did something wrong during my Windows installation?

I also have issues with the controllers using Windows 10.
When I play games on Steam the controllers work without any problems.
But ouside of Steam they don't work at all.
I checked via google that there is a software called GloSC which should make the controllers work outside of steam but this software is now being reworked and called GlosSI.
Unfortunately the reworked software doesn't have an installer and I am too stupid to get it running. Does anybody have a tutorial for that? I only can find tutorials for the old software GloSC which isn't available anymore.

If any further information is needed, please tell me.
Many thanks in advance to all with helpfull advice :) .

My problems with the Steam Deck controllers are solved now. But I still have issues with the touch screen. I hope a few of you will have some helpful ideas :) .

it most likely has to do with valve not having released the touch screen drivers yet but i get my steam deck with in the week so i might have some things to offer once it actually shows up. one thing for windows 10 might be to dig around the device manager and see if HID-compliant touch screen shows up under the Human Interface Devices drop down and enable/disable it, but as i dont have a steam deck in my hands (as of writing this) i cant offer more than that
