Shipping days?

I got my email today (Thursday), was wondering if they ship all throughout the week and weekends or only on Mondays. Also will steam send me the tracking email or will FedEx?

They ship on working days, it took them like 3 days to ship mine out and Steam sends you a tracking code through email. The tracking code is also visible in your purchase history if you select your steam deck there.

Paid on a Thursday, it wasnt in FedEx's hands until following Wednesday...

7 full days shipping on average
Mine took 7 days, they won’t ship yours till Monday or Tuesday.

Purchased mine on Monday (August 1st) and it still hasn't shipped. Comforts me to hear other people have had it take up to a week.

Paid Saturday July 30th. Emailed on 31st, Sunday, that it was shipped. Received Wednesday August 3rd. 5 days total including the day I paid for it. Continental US

Under Steam account details you'll find your order with a link for tracking the order that will then send you to a FedEx page

Same boat but for September 5th. was really hoping it shipped out today but still says shipping soon. Luckily I don't feel all stressed out like the purchasing process was. Just hoping to have my steam deck in hand come next Friday so that way it would be a fun weekend.

Similar situation for me. I purchased on the 5th and it says shipping soon. I think they sent out a huge wave of purchases at the same time so this makes sense.

I'm on almost 2 weeks as shipping soon and they keep telling me 2 more days and they'll fix it ive sent 2 emails one at 7 days other at 12 ready to just get my money back
