Trying to get Dell P2418HT touchscreen to work on Deck

I have the requisite USB cable connected from the monitor to a JSAUX dock.
Can't figure out how to enable the touchscreen function on the monitor.
You'd think being Linux and Dell supports Linux there's be a driver available.
Any ideas?

Please see my reply to your original post. the last 3rd is the most important. Being linux you will need to make your shell script to make things happen.
