steam deck slow speeds with spectrum wifi 6E gig internet on the oled 1tb model

I need help! what do i do about my steam deck oled having speeds of 20mbps when downloading any game on it using gig internet wifi 6E we had spectrum out here they dont know and told me to contact steam bc my router speeds r great but my game downloads on my oled are terrrible and idk why i tried resetting my router and modem and restarting my deck and did a reset and did turn off wifi power management and nothing my friend said something about randomizing mac address and to turn it off but how i also dont think its a internal issue bc its a new steam deck oled please help me???

Do you have the "Limit Download Speeds" feature turned on in Settings? That would be the only thing that would make sense to me. Have you also tried going out to Desktop Mode and launching your browser and run a speed test to see what you are getting that way?

Also, what kind of router do you have? Is it your own, or are you renting one from Spectrum? If it's your own router, are you sure it's a 6e router? If you rent one from Spectrum, which one is it?
