Bad user experence with the recovery tool. the screen should not turn off...

i had to use the recovery tool cause an update bricked my steamdeck. i used the recovery tool to try to preserve my data, and left it to run while i took the dog out.

when i came back in, the steam deck was off. i checked for an led to make sure, and figuring it finished i unplugged it from the dock and pressed the power button.

it was NOT off, the console came up then errored out because i ripped the os hardrive out while it was running essentially.... because of that it wrecked my install completely and i lost everything....

the recovery os should probably not have power save mode enabled by default....

ok, not everything is lost, all games are uninstalled but hopping into desktop mode that stuff still seems to be there like my stuff from the discover store.... weird....
