Steam Deck

Steam Deck

GeForce NOW
Hello,
I want to know specific things if I will use GeForce NOW for my SteamDeck. Will my all data be counting as I would be playing with Steam Deck? Will all hours be counted correctly? And in Steam year in review all games would be shown as they would be played with my steam deck? Also, if I add GeForce NOW app on my steam deck library, it will only be shown on my device? It would not be seen in my library on any other device? Thank you for answers.

GFN isn't Steam Deck, GFN is a PC @ Nvidia's datacenter. Meaning your gameplay time will be counted as playing on some desktop computer. Your gamepad hours will be counted properly though.

Non-Steam "games" don't get synchronized between devices. Not through Steam, anyway. There's no Linux app of GFN though (as far as I'm aware, that is). You can still use the browser version though.

On the geforce now website, they have a beta installer for steam deck. (Under the hood the installer basically installs google chrome's flatpak and configures it with geforce now and adds it to steam.) Dont know how different it will be when the full support for steamdeck that nvidia anounced arrives.
Native GeForce Now application for the Steam Deck en route:
