How to run Simgolf?

Hi, I can't get SimGolf working on my Steam Deck. Not even on Windows 10.
Its just copy and paste the game folder and use a reg key file.

Proton doesn't like SimGolf, wine doesn't like it either.
And the Steam Deck is somehow too slow for SimGolf on PCEM.

Now, after spending hours setting up Windows 10 in dual boot, SimGolf still won't start. It works on every other computer in my household.

Even if I copy the SimGolf folder directly from the Steam Deck to a random Windows PC, it works perfect.(same files,same folders on same paths)
But under the same conditions, with the same Windows installed from even the same USB stick, it doesn't run on my deck.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
I don't know what to do anymore.
DX is installed and the game probably doesn't have any other redists
