Steam Deck keeps freezing and games not launching

I've been having issues with my 256GB LCD Deck that I've owned since late 2022.
At first I thought it was just a minor issue and powered off the Deck then back on which seemed to fix my issue but now it seems to be all the time. I'd power the deck on it would freeze during updates not responding to any inputs with the fans running at full speed.

At first I thought it might be an issue with my Micro SD card - a 512GB Samsung Evo Select but when I removed it and installed games to the internal SSD the games would not run and the deck would freeze when I tried to verify the files of a game.

I put the Micro SD back in and the games still wouldn't run but I could now verify them and it downloaded missing files and I could then run the games. The deck will freeze on things like the steam menu when I open it which leads me to think it could be a failing internal SSD?

Below I've included pictures of the results of SMART on the SSD which says it's passed? I've also included 2 video clips of my deck freezing and the sound it makes which sounds as if it's stuck.

Have you tried to reimage the Deck?

Is that the same as resetting in the system settings?

Nope, it's like wiping and reinstalling Windows.
