Lost my Steam Deck!
What do I do?

without a tracking device on it im not sure you can do anything

Post it on the Steam Deck Reddit, lost Steam Decks have been found before.

Secure all accounts ever logged in on that Deck to make sure you won't lose anything more than that

Go into your Steam Account Details. Go to "Authorized Devices" and deauthorize the device.

EDIT: If you get the device back, you can just re-login again.

did you really "lose" it (like you forgot it on the train or something) or has it been stolen?(you had your deck out on the train, you go to the toilet, you come back to your seat and its gone)
