Steam Deck / Steam Input "Customizable Action Wheel" by a button press, like Fortnite?

Hello. I am currently making a customized Team Fortress Two Controller Layout for PS4 Controller, and I want to improve 1 aspect.
Currently, I binded 8 commands into 1-Tap and Double-Tap Directional Buttons, but it is pretty limited, and I was wondering, how could I do something that resembles Fortnite Emote Wheel? When you press a D-Pad DOWN, and it opens a "Wheel" that I can customize up to my taste? Like a "Pootis Spencer Here" or "Change Teams", etc...
