Also 60 fps is not really 60, it's more like 56 to 59..... and then u feel the stutter.
A 100% compatibility means that on LOW sistem req will runn at 60+ fps at all times with no micro stutters, no less.
Not the first time a game Minimal sistem req has nothing to do with the game's actual minimal sistem req ( cough CS2... cough cs2 ) :))
Even with the Honkai Impact 3rd, the deck was so hot that I thought it might break.
I'll either need to modify it to improve cooling, or if that's not possible, I'll buy a product from another company that has a cooling capacity of 30W.
