Which OLED model should I go for

From what I read it depends if I rather play outside (better with the etched model) or in dark rooms (better with the glossy model). Now the funny part... I want both

Would you guys think it's brtter to go with the 512gb model since I can upgrade the ssd AND put on a screen protector if I want it etched later on?

I thınk you should go with 1tb since its the best and no worrıes in the future but at far 512 ITS THE BEST

Yea i personally looked at both and I didn't like how the 1tb model looked, I will say that 512gb is not as big as I thought it would be and filled quite fast. The only other difference is the 1tb OLED has a removable liner in the case. I chose the 512gb personally

A diffusing screen protector is not the same nor as effective as the etched glass.

Storage isn't really a problem for me, I actually have a micro ssd with 128 gb laying around here.

I don't care about the different case either, it's jus't the panel. It's hard since I wanna enjoy the nice true black from the oled but wanna play on my balcony as well. Just if the deck doesn’t get too hot in the sun though...

Everyone is going to tell you something different so at some point, you'll have to make up your own mind. I've had both glossy and etched screens on the Deck. I prefer the etched screen.

The etched model is better in every regard, it may be 0.01% "worse" in a dark room, but 1000% better in bright environments. If you have the money it's an easy pick.
