JSAUX dock no longer charging or providing HDMI output

My JSAUX dock used to work fine, but recently it stopped charging my Deck or providing HDMI output. When I plug the dock into the power without the Deck plugged in, it will also cause the ethernet port to start flashing despite having no ethernet cable plugged in. Any attached USB devices with LEDs will also flash, I've seen the lights on controllers flash and the light underneath an optical mouse flash until I plug the Deck in, after which the flashing stops. Is there any fix for this or is my dock just broken? I've had it for less than two months.

Best way for you is to contact JSAUX customer support, I guess, but that's not a normal behaviour.

I contacted support and got a replacement. The new one has been working fine so far.

Is there another solution for this, rather then support / new product? Bought my JSAUX second hand so guess that option is a no go... For my adapter it seams like it is just the fast charging usb-c that dosn't work...

probably a bad dock, i ordered my mod case and dock combo off amazon and the dock was bad right out of the box with the flickering issue using HDMI port like some mentioned online, returned it for a refund and bought a mod case/cooling fan combo instead.....loving the cooling fan!

I have the same issue and i have a solution !
1 - Switch off your Steamdeck
2- Connect your steamdeck to the Dock
3- Disconnect the dock to the power supply
4- Switch On your Steamdeck
5- Connect power on your dock.

It's done !

Hello, I youse the Lenovo Legion Go, and the ipad with my JSAUX 7-1 dock ordered in the Jsaux Website and I pluget in with displayport, But my Legion Go detekts the soundplug in drom the Monitor with displayport But when I plug in a Headset via 3,5mm it does not work🥴. All worked fine until today, today i have the same Problems like all the osers here and this "Solution" from k0nigbook don't work 😩. But Respekt for that testing and I hope it work still today. Please dont hate me for my englisch im 13 and from germany 🫡🇩🇪🫃🤠

I have not had any issues with my dock since getting a replacement from JSAUX over a year ago now. Have you tried going through their support? You may just have a faulty unit.

I wrote to the support but I dont have acces to the Order number so they sad they cant help me.
