Steam Deck

Will this SSD work safely in the steam deck?
Hello. I have bought a Sk Hynix 256gb BC511 2230 drive to upgrade my 64gb deck. I have heard that the stock ssd is 3.3v 1A. This ssd is 3.3v 2A. Will that be a problem? I dont want to have my decks life degraded or anything as I've heard some people have by using 2242 drives that pull more power. Thank you.

I upgraded my LCD steam deck from 512GB m.2 PCIe NVMe gen 3 with a Corsair 1TB 2230 and still works great to this day.

But keep in mind you need to make a bootable USB for steamos recovery installer.

Anyone try clonezilla or similar to copy existing data from boot SSD to new SSD and it just boots?
