Will I get banned for using Decky-loader?

I wanna add some themes to my steam deck and I saw the decky-loader is good for it. But I'm scared it'll get me banned. Will it?

You can do literally anything you want with the Deck. Wipe the OS, use competing stores, etc.
Decky isn't super reliable, I had to factory reset my deck because I literally couldn't start it up because Decky's daemon ran into some weird error on launch and somehow prevented the entire OS from launching. This was 6 months ago though, I'm sure it's a lot better now.

Banned from what? This doesn't require hacking or anything. You're expressly allowed to do anything you want on your system, hence they refer to it as a PC

+1 it's great, I have it for Vibrant Deck (incredible!), Boot animation (Matrix, Demotivational Snoops omfggg), custom fan curve, and a couple other things, but those alone are life-changing
