Steam Rom Manager How to load my existing Images choices

Hello I take time to chose individually my 400 games images and then create app list.

Then why I add a new game and got to steam rom manager, it reset all the pictures that I have chosen...

When you edited the artwork within Steam Rom Manager, did you select "All Artwork" in the drop down on Steam ROM Manager when replacing/updating the images? If not you'll have to do that. Small Guide for reference: Brief Guide/How-To [github.com]

Scroll down to the "Steam ROM Manager" section (about 1/4th the way down). The Subsection "3. Customize Your Artwork" is likely what you are looking for.
