Hello, I ordered my deck last week on monday, since thursday I stoped to recieve any racking updates (According to shipping company stills on Germany) Anyone is on the same situation? My order is from Spain btw

It might be that Steam's GLS tracking link is not working as intended, or there simply hasn't been an update yet. I'd recommend trying to enter the tracking code on the GLS website directly, as some have reported success that way.

Already contacted spanish delegation and they said they didnt even recieve the parcel yet, I dont know if its normal cuz it has been one week since it got delivered from the Netherlans

I have the same issue, from Spain and it seems to be stock in Germany.

Happend to me. It takes around 3-4 days to move from Germany Neuenstein

Once it enters your country use the "Customer's own reference number" on the tracking website of whatever company is delivering it. That way i got more detailed tracking

I'm having the same problem, no movement since the 10th. I have asked Steam support and they said that the shipping time is 4-8 business days, and to write them back if my Deck hasn't arrived by the 21st. That is not how I count, so yeah... this sucks, but we have to wait. Let's see if we get in the next truck.

Thanks for your feedback. I will post something here if anything move on my side. At this point it's still in Germany.

GLS is great, you shouldn't worry at all.
They really went the extra mile for my steam deck. It went from the Netherlands to Germany (my location) and shortly after was shipped right off to Belgium! Only took 8 days overall until I had it in hand. Very solid.

I too am worried about this, it says its in the system but it hasnt been handed over yet and is still in the netherlands waiting to come to the UK. I'm not sure if its just a little slow or if I should start to worry

Mine was dispatched via GLS too, took almost a week for it to get from "handed to GLS" (Netherlands) to "reached parcel center" (Iceland).

They seem a little slow compared to other european couriers (usually takes 3-4 days to get here from NL), but overall it took 7 days from dispatch which is within the estimate.

I just got an update from GLS that it will be delivered tomorrow! Fingers crossed, and I hope all of you get your Deck soon :)

i´ve also recieved the notification that my deck is already on my counry and ready to be shipped to my home tomorrow, ty all fo you guys for ur help, if someone of the second batch still has not shippign notification, please, make another thread
