How do you register on SteamGridDB?

I'm trying to set up SteamGrid on the Deck but I cant create an account on SteamGridDB. I login through Steam and I'm stuck at the "Register" page. It says "please pick a username to continue" but the "register" button doesn't work. I've tried multiple browsers with every device I own and I can't proceed past this page.

Yes I've done several and even tried long strings of letters and numbers, nothing works. There is a red "Name is already taken!" for short basic names. But that goes away for all the names I've tried. The "register" button just doesn't do anything. Hitting enter on the keyboard does nothing either.
