Last batch I saw, people were receiving their emails around 9:35am PT (12:35pm ET)
This is why Steam levels mean absolutely nothing and aren't a representation of anything.
You do realise that most of the eBay offers are total scams, right? Scalpers had a really bad time with the Steam Deck.
The number of games owned does not solely determine your Steam level. In the past, people could climb a bunch of levels during sales. I gained about +20 once without buying anything and I wasn't even trying.
Heck, people who are massively invested in cards and badge collecting most likely do better than everyone. They're most likely the only reason Steam hasn't scrapped the whole silly level system - it is far too often exploited by scammers.
Although private profile hides most of the information there is still the bare minimum that stays public. On Steam this is user name and profile picture.
Am I curious what those private profiles are hiding? Sure. Curiosity is in human nature, and a lot of things tend to make me curious. That being said, just because I'm curious I don't go around asking people to reveal things they want to keep hidden or don't want publicly share. I'm sure everyone has at least a thing or a few they don't want others to know. If they don't want to share something then I'm not going to be insensitive about it but instead respect their decision.
Also mention which region and model you reserved.
