How long does shipping take in Europe?
Anyone is Europe mind telling me how long it took for it to arrive?

Orderd mine last week last update said that gos had collected parcel that was 4 days ago nothing since !!!

I ordered a steamdeck and a docking station last week. The docking station was delivered on monday but the steamdeck parcel still has the status: the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS. What gives? Why didn't they hand it over for shipping?

The 3-5 estimated business days have come and gone, haven't had an update from GLS since 2 days ago when it was still in Germany. I'm in southern Europe, so at this rate of progress I'll be lucky to get it next week. I know it's only an estimate, but they should probably adjust it upwards.

Edit: 12 days after purchase, it's finally leaving Bulgaria to be handed to GLS's local partner. Which from experience may take several days to get it down here.

Orderd mine (delivery to Germany) on Mon 27th Nov, was send out on Tue 28th. "Left" the parcel center in the Netherlands on the 29th. Missing since then, no more updates.
Valve Support only says wait a bit longer, GLS support say they didn´t receive a package... which contradicts their tracking.
The whole process is an absolute ♥♥♥♥ show.

Ordered on 21st December & it's now the 4th of January and still nothing.. It shipped on the 22nd so it's been in the back of a van for 2 weeks now! Gls is a joke of a delivery company

Mine was bought on Dec 27th and since the 30th there's no update.

I understand that it was the holidays but still wtf, i ordered something from France on the 19th. It came on the 27th with DPD. So some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ going on.

Update 2 :
I contacted Steam and they are sending me another one.( Support told me that its gonna be shipped faster this way) Now i just hope they are sending me the version i ordered. GLS is just a joke…
